Family Visas

Would you like to be reunited with your spouse, children or parent?

Do you have a brother or sister you would like to bring to the USA?

Are you engaged and would like to have your fiancé join you in the USA?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, I may be able to help you.

My name is E. Audrey Glover-Dichter, and I believe families should be together.  I help families find legal ways to reunite in the USA through the immigration process.

If you are a citizen of the USA, legally you can petition for your fiancé, spouse, children, parents and siblings.  Of course, each family member falls under separate legal categories.  For example, fiancés, spouses and children under 21 years old are considered immediate relatives, which means that they are processed faster than any other family category.  Also, there are no limits as to how many family members for whom you can petition. USA citizens can petition for children over 21 years old married or single.

Legal permanent residents can also petition for family members such as spouses and children.

In certain instances, there may be a limited opportunity to be reunited in the USA through specific non-immigrant visas while the family petition is pending. Also, there may be some limited opportunities to self petition under the family categories when the would-be petitioner is deceased.  Even if your lawful resident relative is deceased you may have an opportunity to legally live in the USA.

Call me to review your family’s status to discuss opportunities to be reunited.  Please contact me at audrey@gloverdichter.com or 954-450-1563.
