Extraordinary Ability Immigrant Visa
(Green Card self petition)

Have you won any awards in your career?
Have you been published?
Are there articles written about you and your career achievements?
Have you achieved national and/or international recognition in y our field?
Are you a rock star in your field?

If yes, I can help you apply for an Extraordinary Ability visa.

Extraordinary Abilities is a visa for professionals who have reached the very top of their fields.  Typically persons applying for such visa are famous artists, athletes, dancers, models.  However, this visa is available to other professionals as well who are also recognized nationally and/or internationally in their careers.  I have successfully handled these types of cases for a businessman who wrote several books on business practices, a veterinarian who worked on vaccines for the poultry industry to make food safe for consumption, a sculptor who was commissioned for high valued artistic projects, and many others.

Unlike most other visas, a petitioner for the Extraordinary Ability visa can petition for him/herself. The law requires that the petitioner meet at least three out of 10 criteria, but, of course, the more criteria that are met the better for the petitioner. Meeting the criteria requires numerous supporting documents such as publications by the immigrant, publications about the immigrant, recognition of having achieved the top of his/her field by colleagues, prizes/ awards, etc.

The standards for the Extraordinary Ability visa are high. The benefits, however, are well worth the time and effort. The end result, if approved, is legal permanent residency without conditions.  There are no limits as to when one can file an Extraordinary Ability case as there are with other visas.

My name is E. Audrey Glover-Dichter, and Glover Dichter, PL is my law firm. I focus on the Extraordinary Ability immigrant visas, along with other immigrant and non-immigrant visas.  I believe that if the client has what it takes to file for the Extraordinary Ability visa, it is in the client’s best interest to pursue the visa rather than spend time and money on other visas that may not yield the same results.  Call me to review your current status to see if the Extraordinary Ability visa is right for you.  Please contact me at audrey@gloverdichter.com or 954-450-1563.
