Ms. Glover-Dichter is a graduate of The American University Washington College of law (WCL) in Washington, DC. Ms. Glover-Dichter studied International Law through the JD/MA program in International Law while at WCL, from which she graduated with her Juris Doctor degree in 1990. Given her background, Ms. Glover-Dichter naturally gravitated to the field of Immigration and Nationality law, in which she has been practicing since graduating in 1990. Ms. Glover-Dichter is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Glover-Dichter was also the Chair of the Immigration Law Section of the Federal Bar Association, and the editor of the section’s monthly newsletter, The Green Card. While chairing the section, Ms. Glover-Dichter was instrumental in providing Immigration Law CLE programs through the FBA in the Washington, DC area. Ms. Glover-Dichter was also on the editorial board of the Federal Bar Association’s monthly legal magazine The Federal Lawyer. Ms. Glover-Dichter has published articles and lectured in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law.

In 1999, Ms. Glover-Dichter established her solo boutique practice dedicated to Immigration and Nationality Law known today as Glover Dichter, PL. The purpose of establishing such a practice is to provide clients with the most professional services possible to reach the clients’ goals in the utmost caring, respectful and professional environment. Upon establishing Glover Dichter, PL, Ms. Glover-Dichter has focused mainly on all aspects of business and family immigration law issues helping countless happy clients reach their immigration law goals.

Ms. Glover-Dichter has also provided veterans with assistance in the field of Veterans’ Benefits Law. Ms. Glover-Dichter is proud to provide legal services to the men and women who served and defended our country, and are suffering from a wide variety of physical and mental illnesses due to their military experiences. Ms. Glover-Dichter helps veterans attain benefits based on their in-service injuries. Ms. Glover-Dichter is a member of the National Organization of Veteran Advocates (NOVA) and the Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims Bar Association. Ms. Glover-Dichter is also a fully accredited attorney by the Veterans Administration allowing her to represent veterans in front of the VA and the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA). Ms. Glover-Dichter is also member of the Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims Bar allowing her to represent veterans at the Court.
